Our Story
The Founding of AI Consulting
In 1999, a group of 22 dedicated AI practitioners came together
with a vision of creating a global consultancy entirely dedicated
to using appreciative, strength-based approaches to organizational
change. We met four times a
year for three years talking about purpose and principles, and ultimately
creating a charter for a totally unique, networked Appreciative
Inquiry Consultancy. Today, there are close to 100 practitioners
who have joined this organization.
