International Development
The AIC International Development Alliance is committed to exploring
and expanding the international and cross-cultural dimensions of
Appreciative Inquiry. By involving people of diverse cultures and
ethnicity, we are building a global learning community for positive,
sustainable and equitable change. Drawing from our experience in
international and cross-cultural contexts, we share our best practices
and lessons learned with all practitioners seeking to enrich the
cross-cultural dimensions and applications of Appreciative Inquiry.
We wholeheartedly promote AIC and AI as important and transformative
forces for empowering people of all cultures. We develop projects
and work together in international relief and development work,
cross-cultural and peacebuilding initiatives, and cross-national
collaboratives and partnerships.
