In the body of the email type:
subscribe listname your_name
Make sure that there is nothing else except the subscribe text
in the email.
To unsubscribe from a mailing list send an email

In the body of the email type:
unsubscribe listname your_name
Make sure that there is nothing else except the subscribe text
in the email.
To find out who has subscribed to a particular list send an email
To: imailsrv@aiconsulting.org
In the body of the email type:
list listname
Make sure that there is nothing else except the subscribe text
in the email.
You may receive the aicowner list messages in digest format. All
messages for one day will come in one email. Any attachments will
be deleted.
To change to digest mode, send an email
To: imailsrv@aiconsulting.org
In the body of the email type:
set mode digest aicowner
Make sure that there is nothing else except the subscribe text
in the email.
