Global Council of Trustees
The term Trustee signifies that Trustees carry the trust for the
AI Consulting Co-Owners worldwide. The 30 Trustees of AI Consulting
are exemplars who manifest the vision and values of the Purpose
and Principles, and who model leadership and service by their actions.
Trustees have a deep commitment to serve. The Global Council of
Trustees, elected by Co-Owners, meets at least once annually and
is responsible only for those few deliberations and decisions that
concern the whole of the commons. The Global Council also provides
fiduciary stewardship and establishes annual contribution schedules
and provides guidance to a small core staff.
