Creating a Global Network of Distributors: ACCI
ACCI is a manufacturer and distributor of project management and
accounting software. The objective of the client was to create a
global distributor network for its products.
We built a marketing department and distributor network from the
ground up using best practices of prior companies and competitors.
This included bringing together users to discover the strengths
of the product line and most successful project opportunities. A
marketing program was designed and launched that generated over
1000 leads in less than six months for the network.
